Daryl & Angela
Daryl Visscher and Angela Hartwick are a creative duo whose videos, images and design projects have been featured in publications such as Vanity Fair, The New York Times, Condé Nast Traveller, The Wall Street Journal and Time Magazine. Their ability to produce polished imagery in complicated situations, and distinctive style of brand-aware documentary work has won commercial photo and video commissions from around the globe, with clients including Christie’s, Volkswagen, Lufthansa, MTV and the UN World Food Programme. He has created extensive libraries for leading brands such as Nestlé, General Electric, PepsiCo, Mubadala, and Canada Tourism. Their video projects have been screened at the Royal Ontario Museum and aired on PBS and their involvement in the arts has led to project collaborations with Harvard University and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). They recently wrote, directed and shot the global launch film for Expo 2020 Dubai.
Daryl and Angela have developed education programs for street and working children in Kabul, Afghanistan and for the White Helmets, a Syrian Civil Defense organization. Their years working as specialist in CSR reporting led him to focus on sustainable social change.
Daryl and Angela have extensive experience in alternative energy and sustainable living practices while building his off-grid home in rural Canada.
