Q. Sakamaki’s portrait of Khalid, one of the most legendary insurgents, is featured in the December 15 edition of Rolling Stone magazine. Khalid, who has fought in numerous wars zones for the cause of Islamic Jihad, took up arms with Osama bin Laden in Afghanistan, and Abu Musab al-Zarqawi in Iraq.
